An intimate, in-person gathering for women to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their inner rhythms during the winter season.

This Red Tent offers a calm and intentional space to sit in shared circle, explore cyclical awareness, and deepen understanding of how rest, hormones, and the nervous system intersect. Through guided reflection, gentle education, and embodied conversation, we create space for listening — without urgency or performance.

Held in a small, carefully curated container to preserve safety and depth.
