1-1 Reproductive Health Mentorship
Trauma-informed, science-based guidance for women who want clarity around their hormones, nervous system, and cyclical rhythms — without being dismissed, rushed, or “managed.”
This is a private space where your body is approached with skill, respect, and careful listening.
Is This Support Right for You?
You may be here because:
Your cycle, hormones, or energy feel confusing or unpredictable
You’ve tried multiple approaches and still feel “off”

You sense there’s something deeper your body is asking for

I do not believe your body is broken.
I believe it is communicating — and deserves to be understood.
why work with me?
I am a trauma-informed reproductive health educator, former teacher, and founder of The Rose School. My work integrates science-based menstrual education, nervous system literacy, and embodied awareness to help women understand their bodies with clarity and confidence.
This path became personal during a period of chronic illness, when learning to track and interpret my cycle transformed how I understood my health. What once felt like my body failing me revealed itself as guidance.
I don’t believe women need fixing. I believe they deserve education, language, and support to understand their bodies with skill and respect. This mentorship exists so you don’t have to navigate your hormonal or reproductive health alone.
If you’re feeling ready for structured, personalized support, you’re invited to schedule a discovery call.
