Bloom

For the woman who is holding everything together, doing everything “right”
and is finally ready to feel truly at home in her body.

Womb and Rose Medicine

4 day women’s retreat in Portugal

August 8–11, 2026

What is Bloom

You’re thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply committed to your growth.

You care about your health. You’ve done the inner work. From the outside, your life works even if there are some transitions afloat.

But inside, your body still feels…

a little tired
a little wired
a little disconnected from your natural rhythm

Your nervous system hasn’t fully exhaled in a while.
Your creativity feels quieter than it used to.
And there’s a part of you that knows you need a shift you can actually feel.

What You Receive

Cycle Check-Ins

Guided reflection prompts to attune to where you are in your cycle, emotionally and physically.

Monthly Live Gathering

A live call for grounding, teaching, reflection, and shared presence (on Zoom).

Resource Library

A way to stay connected to this work over time, gently and sustainably.

Bloom is for you if …

  • • you feel overstimulated, overextended, or constantly “on”
    • you’re successful and capable, but quietly depleted underneath
    • your nervous system feels dysregulated (tired + wired)

• renewed energy and creativity
• deeper trust in your body and intuition
• a felt sense of being back in yourself again

About Zahava Rose

I’m a trauma-informed reproductive health educator and the founder of The Rose School. My work is devoted to helping women remember the wisdom that lives inside their bodies — through the menstrual cycle, the nervous system, and the deeper rhythms that shape how we live, rest, create, and relate.

For the past decade, I’ve been teaching in classrooms, workshops, and retreats around the world, guiding women and girls to build body literacy and restore trust in their hormones and cyclical nature. My approach weaves together scientific menstrual education, somatic practices, and psycho-emotional frameworks so that learning about the body becomes something you can feel and integrate — not just information, but lived experience.

I’m certified through Fertility Education & Medical Management (FEMM), trained as a birth doula through The Matrona, and a Menstrual Mentor through Red School in England. I’ve also studied yoga, pranayama, and holistic healing practices in India, alongside years of dedicated personal study in nervous system regulation, breathwork, and Rose Medicine.

Through The Rose School, I’ve shared this work across seven countries through workshops, retreats, courses, and 1:1 mentorship. My deepest passion is supporting women, mothers, and teens as they move through life’s rites of passage with clarity, compassion, and sovereignty.

Bloom is a space where we come back to the body, to rhythm, and to the quiet intelligence that lives within us.

What it felt like for others

  • “I feel more grounded, more confident, and more loving toward myself. I genuinely wish every woman in my life could take this course, it has brought me a clarity and softness I didn’t know I needed.”
